How do you want my art work delivered?

Embroidery
Artwork for embroidery of logo’s need to be in jpg or illustrator format and “camera ready.”*

NOTE: the size of the design can be adjusted.  Scanning services are available but jpg or illustrator files provide better image quality.

Screen Printing
Artwork for screen printing needs to be “camera ready.”*  Illustrator is the preferred format but I can work with a jpg. Although there are some files that are hard to convert into a illustrator.

*"Camera Ready" means the image sent is exactly what will be embroidered or screen printed. Nothing will be added or deleted from the image

How do I place an order?

Why can’t I buy online?

We don't accept online purchases because embroidery is a custom product. Designs must be digitized (converted to stitches and set up to be embroidered) and may require modification. For example, many brands contain an image and tagline but there are limitations to how small you can get good lettering with embroidery, sometimes a tagline must be modified or dropped for embroidery.

The one exception to this is the schools we work with because the items and embroidery are chosen by the school and we then can create a “custom store” for each school.

Why don’t you show prices on custom orders?

There are many variables in the final price of an order. The embroidery price depends on the stitch count of the design and our embroidery fee is $1 per thousand stitches. The item ordered may have a slightly lower cost per unit if a certain number of items are ordered. Screen printing charges depend on how many colors and how many placements. Shipping costs may be more for heavier items or none at all if you choose to pick up. Our final price, will factor in all these variables and give you a fair, competitive price in the end.

Embroidery quotes are based on the total number of stitches in the design, so we will need a graphic in order to get you an accurate quote for these orders. We will not quote embroidery based on a verbal description of a design.

What is your minimum order?

We don't have a minimum order for embroidered apparel and accessories from our online catalog, we will do as little as one item.  We do have a 24 piece minimum for screen printing, one piece is available but it is a lot more expensive. You can mix and match items to get up to a total of twenty four by the way such as twelve polos and four caps, ten bags etc.
When shopping in our promotional products catalog, minimum orders are different for embroidery and screen printing products and explained in the item description or options.

Do you ship?

We do ship using USPS, FedEx, USPS or nearby customers can pick up their orders and save on shipping costs.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Typically 7-10 days is standard our turnaround time, although times can be shorter. There are a lot of factors like digitizing, graphic design, blank product delivery and sample approval that may affect delivery times. For expedited orders and larger orders, call for a quote at (303) 458-0615.

How will I receive my artwork for approval?

For embroidery, sample sew outs or an electronic rendering of a digitized logo for customer approval. Colors will be matched as closely as possible to available thread colors using standard industry conversion charts.

For screen printing, presentation of proofs, colors and placement information for other imprinted items vary though we try to provide online proofing in most cases. PMS color system used for ink selection.
